It is a vegitable.

This is called Anmouimo.

Satsumaimo are mainly harvested in fall in Japan.

Brown rice

It is one of healthy foods in japan.

I cooked it with pressure cooker.

Hotaruikia no okizuke

Here are "Hotaruika no okizuke".

Hotaruika is firefly squid.

It is famous that "Hotaruika no okizuke" is made in Toyama Pref.

I bought it at neighboring store.

It is similar to Shiokara.

I visted Hitoyoshi in Kumamoto Pref last Sunday.
This station's name is "Kareigawa" .
It was established 100 years ago.

Umi budo (Caulerpa lentillifera)

This is what is called Umi budo in Japan.
It is a kind of seaweed.
I like it.

Japanese Oden

I cooked Oden last night.
Oden is a popular japanese hot pot in winter.
It includes daikon radish ,chikuwa (fish cakes),boiled eggs, konnyaku (yam cake), and more.

Japanese Zaru-soba

I ate Zaru-soba last night.
Zaru-soba is cold buckwheat noodle served on a banboo plate.
It's served wiht dipping soup and some toppings.
I didn't use a banboo plate because I didn't have it.
Some bottled dipping soup are selling at store.

Ginkgo biloba

I took some pictures at the park in front of apartmen that l am living today.

Ginkgo biloba were beautiful.

Japanese confectionery "Ajarimochi"

Here is "Ajarimochi".
I like it.

It is selling only at the shop in Kyoto Pref.

It is similar to Dorayaki.

Dorayaki is a traditional japanese cake with anko sweet beans filling.

Japanese Udon Noodles

I am ill today.
I have a slight fever.
Because I have a poor appetite.

I ate Japanese Udon Noodles this night.
There are kind of Udon Noodles in Japan.

European confectionery

I ate this a few days ago.

It is nice.
