Japanese Sushi

This is a Japanese Sushi.
My husband bought it at sushi shop.



This is a Sukeroku-zushi.
My husband bought it at sushi shop too.
A boxed lunch that consists of a combination of inarizushi and norimaki (rolled sushi in dried laver seaweed) is called Sukeroku-zushi They are not with row fish.

Japanese cream bread







My husbund bought them at the shop.
They are cream breads.

Cream bread is a bread with sweet vanilla custard in the center.
This bread filled with strawberry whipping Cream.
It is soft.
And it melts in the mouth.

I like it.
These breads are sold in a shop called "Hattendou".

Tonkatsu

This is a pork cutlet table d'hote.
These are a pork cutlet, rice, miso soup, salad.
I ate this at a restaurant.
It is a representative cutlet dish of Japan which the pork cutlet (pork cutlet) adds wheat flour, a beaten egg, bread crumbs to pork (parts such as chuck fins) which I sliced and fried with a large quantity of food oil and lard, and it is with the Japanese food to eat with chopsticks.

I like it.

Keihan

This is Keihan.
It is local culinary specialties made in Kagoshima Amami-gunto.
I ate it at the restrant in  Amami-Oshima.

The chicken which the rice cooked with chopped chicken taken out with Amami Oshima etc. now loosened at white meals filled in the bowl, a thin omelette, shiitake mushroom, and which ingredient immersed in a papaya -- it is a dish which covers over which and eats the soup which carried spices, such as material, a Welsh onion, a unit dried seaweed, a dried orange peel, sesame, and red pickled ginger, and was taken from the round hen.

Shabu-shabu

This is shabu-shabu.

Shabu-shabu is a Japanese dish.

The dish is related to sukiyaki in style: Both consist of thinly sliced meat and vegetables and served with dipping sauces.

 However, Shabu-shabu is considered to be more savory and less sweet than sukiyaki.

These meats are pork.
