Japanese curry rice

I made curry.
It contains onion,carrots,potatoes and minced pork.

It is called "Curry rice" in Japan.
I can cook easily because I use Japanese curry roux.

Green Tea

There are many kinds of Green tea in Japan.

We can buy a bottle of Geen tea at shop.

We don't need to make a cup of Green tea.

We usually drink it as iced tea.

Nikumaki Onigiri

This is Nikumaki Onigiri wrapped a riceball by baked pork.
Baked pork is flavored with soy sauce.
My husband bought it at Nikumaki Onigiri shop.
I never make it.

Shochu is a clear liquor distilled from sweet potatoes.

This name is "ISAMI".

It is made at Isa city in Kagoshima Pref.

It is really good.

It is established in the Edo period.
The Edo period is about four hundreds years ago.

This is main festival in Fukuoka-ken.

These are some bracken-starch dumpling. I sprinkled them with soybean flour and I ate.

I ate them in Kochi-ken.

These are deep-fried bonito coating by dried bonito shavings.


They are called "tosa-ryouri" in Japanese.
The bonito is special product of this district.
