Japanese raw fish

These are fresh slices of raw bonito.
I ate them in Kochi-ken.

These are deep-fried bonito coating by dried bonito shavings.


They are called "tosa-ryouri" in Japanese.
The bonito is special product of this district.

Japanese hydrangea

These are japanese hydrangea.
I watched them at near the park.
