Very nice for you to introduce Japanese food & culture.
I always watch a Japan TV documentary in our country, in the shows, the hosts go to different part of Japan to taste different foods, from their expression, seem like Japanese food are very nice and so nicely decorated and arranged.
I have question: most of the fish that Japanese eat are not cooked, am I correct? If yes, why there is no problem of bateria for these raw fish, because your stomach is used to the raw fish?
Thank you for your message. We are eating fish baked and boiled and steamed too in Japan. We are not strong our stomach. Raw fishes are eaten in japan are fresh.
