Japanese home cooking "boiled Hijhiki"
This dish is "boiled Hijhiki".
Hijhiki is one of sea weed seasoned.
This is side dish.
It is healthy. So it is famous as a diet food in japanese food.
a recipe
1.soak hijhiki in water
2.drain it.
3.Heat the oil in a frying pan.
4.Add hijhiki and beans,onion sliced ,carot sliced, green pepper sliced, and cook gently for 4-5 minutes .
3.Add soy sauce,sake,fish seasoning, some water, and cook low heat for about 5-8 minutes.
I am using a pan of LECREUSETZ'.
