Japanese home cooking "iridori"



This is dish that braise chicken and vegetables.

a recipe

1.Chop some chicken and 1/2 Japanese white radish and a carrot half of burdock shaved.
2.Heat the oil in a frying pan.
3.Add chicken and vegetables cook gently for 4-5 minutes.
4.Add the sake and soy sause ,and cook over low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
If you use a pressure cooker, it is better.
