Japanese home cooking "Korokke".
This is dish called "Korokke" in japan.
a recipe
1.Boil two potato.
2.Mash them.
3.Chop half of a onion.
4.Saute onion and miced meat until brown .
5.Add salt and papper in them.
6.Add onion and meat sauted in mashed potato.
7.Make some round them.
8.Coat some flour on them.
9.Coat egg whiped on them.
10.Coat bread crumb on them.
11.Fry in a 200℃ oil them for 3 minutes.
12.Reverse them in oil and fly them.
