Japanese home cooking "tonjhiru"
This is one of miso soup in japan.
a recipe
1.Slice half of a carrot .
2.Shave some pork , half of burdock
3.Chop some Japanese taro, a cake of tofu , a bulb of konnyaku.
4.Peal all the vegetables.
4.Get ready about 3-4 cup of water in a pan.
5.Drop the vegitables and boil them.
6.Cook over high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
7.Cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
7.Remove the bitter taste.
8.Add the pork shaved.
9.Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
10.Add some miso.
11.Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
